I’ve been a loyal customer of PetStore for many years, ever since a wonderful encounter with the owner at Bizz Bazaar. That positive first impression turned into consistent, reliable service—and they’ve never let me down.

Though I’ve never written a review before, today they’ve truly earned 5 stars. Here’s why:

I placed a late order around 3:30 PM, hoping for same-day delivery. They kindly informed me that their rider had already left with the last batch of deliveries and the earliest they could get it to me was the following morning. I understood and appreciated the prompt response.

But to my surprise, at 5:10 PM I received a call—my order had arrived, and the rider was already at the gate. That small act of going the extra mile meant everything.

As I write this, my pups are snuggled up beside me, snoring away with full, happy bellies. Thank you, PetStore, for your dedication and heart. You’ve earned my loyalty all over again.
