Having been a customer from last year my first few times had a good experience and they had a variety of products. Now it seems they have lost interest or cannot handle the orders. They have been sending me the wrong items and customer service has gone down the drain. Moreover their selection of products has substantially decreased. Hope they improve on this.

Good store. Areas of improvement would be more cat products and a little more diversity of stocks in general. Example, ceramic feeding bowls, dental products for cats and grain free dry food options.
