  • Delivery is FREE for orders WITHIN NAIROBI greater than Ksh 2,000/-
  • Delivery within Nairobi for orders less than KSh 2,000/-: Flat Rate of KSh 150/-
  • Delivery within Nairobi may be expected within 24 hrs during non-public holiday weekdays.
  • Orders placed after 8am Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
  • There will be no deliveries on Sundays. If you need pet food / products urgently on a Sunday, we recommend using Glovo / Jumia Food to order from one of the supermarkets that stock our products.
  • Delivery outside of Nairobi: Flat Rate KSh 300/-
  • Delivery outside of Nairobi will take 3-5 business days via transporter service.
  • Free delivery voucher only applies to Nairobi orders.

We uphold safe and secure online payment through iPay (credit card or MPesa). Our entire site is under an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, which ensures that all of your private data is encrypted. If you don’t feel comfortable ordering online, you may purchase through any of our retail partners.

Unfortunately, no. We must receive payment in full before dispatching your order.

To ensure a successful transition from your fur-baby’s old food to any new food, please follow a 7-day transition protocol as follows:

  • Day 1-2: 75% old food + 25% new food
  • Day 3-4: 50% old food + 50% new food
  • Day 5-6: 25% old food + 75% new food
  • Day 7: 100% new food
