Hygiene is key. We are adhering to the advice and guidelines provided by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and adapting our operational practices accordingly. We are taking the following precautions and preventative measures:
- Our warehouse Team is screened daily for any signs of illness and adhere to a strict schedule of hand and glove -sanitising whilst handling all products.
- All of our delivery drivers will wear gloves and sanitise their gloves and hands before and after deliveries and wear N-95 specification masks.
- You have the option for no-contact delivery service – you may request in your order notes that your delivery should be left on your doorstep.
